My name is Cagla Aydin and I’m the manager of IoT Customer Support team. Right now, I am looking for an IoT Support Specialist to join my team.

As a Technical Support Specialist IoT, you will…

play a key role in delivering technical support for our IoT services, with a strong focus on daily operations. You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external teams and stakeholders to quickly resolve issues and keep our services performing at their best.

You’ll be part of a virtual team of five, collaborating across business units and support organizations to maintain and improve services like IoT Connectivity.

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling second-line support tickets, performing troubleshooting of RAN, signaling and services, using tools such as Osix and Kalix

Monitoring and responding to service deviations, ensuring timely resolution

Maintaining service levels and operational performance

Coordinating with internal stakeholders to keep services running smoothly

Participating in an on-call rotation to provide support outside regular working hours

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is motivated by delivering excellent service, while always striving to learn more. You’re organized, proactive, and a natural problem-solver with a strong customer focus.

Ideally, you bring:

3–5 years of experience in telecom operations, service management, or technical support

Solid understanding of mobile technologies: 2G, 3G, LTE, NB-IoT

Good understanding of mobile core networks and signaling

Experience solving problems in a service environment

Experience using tools such as Osix, Kalix, Eniq and mBoss is a positive

Clear communication skills and ability to build positive relationships

Fluency in English; proficiency in at least one Nordic language is a plus
