Locum Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Western, AZ

Located 1 hour north of Lake Havasu and 90 minutes south of Las Vegas

Fast-paced Urgent Care setting in beautiful Western Arizona! Seeking a confident and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver immediate care to patients across all acuity levels. This is a locum opportunity with full travel paid.

Dates: 11/3/2025 - 6/30/2026

Flexible schedule: 3x 12-hour shifts weekly (7a–7p)

High-volume practice with a collaborative team—2–3 providers per shift

Treat a wide range of cases with mild to high acuity

Independently manage 40–50+ patients per shift in an Urgent Care setting

Perform procedures including I&Ds, laceration repairs, suturing, and basic splinting

Onsite X-ray, Hyfrecator, and EKG equipment

Conduct and interpret EKGs

Stabilize high-acuity patients for transfer under EMTALA guidelines

Paid travel and lodging expenses

About You

Be able to do the job as described.

FNP or PA-C with urgent care and/or ER experience who is confident in handling high patient volumes independently

Comfortable with urgent procedures
