· Review of Spares availability / resources for the P.M.

· Review of all breakdown in Electrical & Instrumentation.

· Review of the Planned maintenance & other activities in the plan

· Review of the Target status, Maintenance inventory, incoming material quality & developments.

· Training to the concerned employees for handling problem / breakdown.

· Support in maintain maintenance parameter & budget

· Department budget & MIS preparation

· Department capex and new requirement review.

· New development

· Control all parameter of Dept. goal & action review as and when required
