What this role is all about
Are you ready to kick-start your career in finance with a global tech leader?
As a Collections Junior Specialist at Infobip, you’ll be part of our Order-to-Cash team, playing a key role in ensuring smooth billing and collections processes. From day one, you’ll learn, grow, and make an impact, helping drive financial accuracy, strengthening client relationships, and collaborating with colleagues across the globe.
What you’ll do:
Ensuring customers pay on time by following clear processes.
Building positive relationships with clients through calls and emails, helping solve billing questions and disputes.
Managing a portfolio of 300+ clients, gaining valuable hands on experience in account ownership.
Supporting revenue assurance by monitoring doubtful debt, write-offs, and LPC calculations.
Working with great tools like Salesforce and Tesorio to manage data and invoicing.
Collaborating with internal teams, handling escalations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
You’ll gain practical, hands-on experience in collections, billing, and client management.
You’ll join a supportive team that values learning, collaboration, and fresh ideas.
What makes you a strong fit:
Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills.
Previous knowledge/experience in collections and billing management.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for continuous learning.
