As a SOX Manager, you will be a key member of the Enterprise Risk team, helping clients improve their internal audit processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate risks. This is a highly client-facing role that requires you to build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders at some of the world's most recognized brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage client engagements related to Internal Audit, process compliance, and SOX 404.
Develop and implement unique, tailored solutions for clients to address their distinct business challenges.
Advise clients on complex business transactions and recommend solutions for process inefficiencies.
Collaborate with performance improvement professionals on multidisciplinary engagements to help major global clients transform and sustain their businesses.
Support the development and transformation of client businesses by providing expert guidance and a deep understanding of their business environment.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and effectively manage client-facing roles.
Experience in a consulting or related field, with a focus on internal audit, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
