WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As a Infrastructure Debt Advisory VP, you will lead and execute Structured Finance (Infrastructure and Transportation) transactions across Europe and LatAm.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Lead the execution of debt advisory mandates across the different sectors in Europe and LatAm

Financial modelling and technical analysis

Manage the conversations with the different stakeholders (Sponsors, Investors, Lenders, Rating Agencies, Lawyers, etc.)

Legal documentation negotiation (Term Sheet and long-form documentation)

Supervise and mentor team's junior members

Marketing efforts within the relevant sectors

EXPERIENCE

More than 7 years of relevant experience in top tier firms in Structured

Finance, Financial Advisory (Debt Advisory or M&A), Investment department, Debt fund or similar.

EDUCATION

Economics, Business Administration degree, engineering or similar. Desirable MBA or Msc in Finance or similar

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Commited hard worker

Financial Modelling

Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (fluent); French / Italian / German is a plus

Negotiation skills

Project risk assesment and mitigation
