Are you detail-oriented with a passion for bookkeeping and accounting accuracy? We’re looking for a Home-Based Bookkeeper to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support both internal teams and client needs. If you’re highly organized, adaptable, and thrive in a remote environment, we’d love to hear from you.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

Organization: Strong time-management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in all bookkeeping and reporting tasks.

Communication: Effective English written and verbal communication with a problem-solving mindset.

Accounting Knowledge: Excellent understanding of accounting regulations and procedures.

Adaptability: Flexible and able to manage varied tasks with minimal supervision.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.

Record daily financial transactions and complete posting processes.

Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts monthly.

Monitor and report on financial transactions.

Process checks and transfer data to the general ledger.

Allocate and post financial transaction details to subsidiary books.

Handle monthly payroll using accounting software.

Maintain a complete filing system to support financial records.

Respond to customer inquiries and assist with ad hoc accounting tasks.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 1–3 years in bookkeeping, general accounting, or a similar role.

Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Work Schedule: Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, reporting).

Knowledgeable in navigating and using QuickBooks

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary Range: PHP 50,000 – 55,000

Job Type: Full-time

Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
