Reporting to the HR Manager, the Human Resources Officer will coordinate and deliver the Cookstown site’s strategic HR initiatives, including leadership development, employee engagement, operational performance management, onboarding, and employee development. This is a key role in ensuring HR processes support business goals and create a positive and compliant working environment.
INDP
Third-level qualification in HR, Business Studies, or related discipline.
CIPD membership or equivalent recognised HR qualification.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Officer role within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of NI employment legislation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, with a genuine ambition to progress within HR.
