What You’ll Do:Work 1-on-1 with children with autism in a supportive clinic settingHelp build communication, social, and life skills through play and routineUse fun, research-backed methods (we’ll train you!)Track each child’s progress using simple data collection toolsGet ongoing support and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Collaborate with a passionate team of therapists and cliniciansAdapt sessions to meet each child’s unique needs What You Need:High School Diploma or equivalentPatience, empathy, and a passion for helping childrenReliable transportationAbility to kneel, crouch, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 lbsWillingness to complete a background check Not Required, but Great to Have:ABA experience – we'll train you!
