Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Company Manager / Commercial Manager to oversee the daily operations and drive the continued growth of Hush Clean Limited. This is a hands-on leadership position, responsible for managing teams, coordinating service delivery, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and ensuring commercial performance targets are met.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and leadership skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to deliver exceptional service while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of cleaning services across residential and commercial contracts.
-Lead and support a team of staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
-Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
-Monitor service delivery and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Manage budgets, resources, and supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries or concerns promptly.
-Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including tenders, proposals, and new contracts.
-Prepare regular reports on staffing, schedules, financial performance, and operational outcomes.
Experience / Qualifications
-Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a managerial or supervisory position, ideally within the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry.
-Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional approach to client relations.
-Good knowledge of health and safety and industry compliance standards.
-Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and operational priorities effectively.
-Highly organised, reliable, and capable of working independently and under pressure.
