Job Description

Join our team as an HR Assistant at Calhoun Crossing! This role is a great opportunity to support payroll, benefits, and daily HR functions in a skilled nursing facility. You’ll play an important part in onboarding new employees, assisting with HR and payroll questions, and helping ensure smooth operations.

We’re looking for someone with HR or administrative support experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Pay: $20–$21/hr. (based on experience)

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records

Assist with employee benefits, including enrollments and basic inquiries

Help facilitate onboarding and serve as a resource for HR and payroll questions

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Effective communication and customer service skills

Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting preferred

Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems a plus
