About the role

As a key member of our Darwin Branch, this is a fast-paced environment within the Electrical industry, delivering exceptional customer service and sales support over the counter.

This role will also be supporting the stores and customer deliveries. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with comprehensive training and hands-on experience.

What you’ll be doing

Delivering outstanding customer service and solutions that inspire and satisfy our customers

Managing sales orders, quotes, and customer projects efficiently

Building strong relationships with suppliers to maintain competitive margins

Responding promptly to customer queries and making follow-up calls

Assisting with store work and product delivery, enhancing your product knowledge and customer engagement

Supporting the Stores and deliveries to customers

What we’re looking for

Experience in Retail or Wholesale industries preferred

Electrical product knowledge is beneficial but not essential – we provide full training!

Must have full working rights in Australia - we are not able to sponsor

NT Driver’s Licence is a must

Forklift licence preferred but not essential

Positive, motivated, and passionate about building strong customer relationships

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with the team
