Job Description
LHH is working on a Maintenance Manager position in Raleigh, NC with a leading manufacturing company in the building materials space! The ideal candidate will have experience leading a hands-on mechanical maintenance team, a technical engineering background, and a strong understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Responsibilities
Plan and lead maintenance operations to ensure equipment runs smoothly and downtime is minimized.
Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of production, including safety, quality, efficiency, and team performance.
Promote a safety-first culture and solve problems at the root cause to prevent recurring issues and maintain a proactive maintenance culture.
Work with technical maintenance technicians and production floor workers as well as communicate up to higher leadership on overall maintenance and reliability strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5+ years experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Strong technical and people leadership skills, with ability to mentor, motivate, train, and develop technical maintenance team
Experience driving change in maintenance culture
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes
Experience with automated manufacturing processes
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
