Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Role Overview

We are adding licensed therapists to our remote team in California. You will provide evidence-based therapy sessions, build customized treatment plans, and support clients through secure telehealth platforms.

Full-Time Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Key Duties

Deliver one-on-one and family teletherapy sessions

Establish measurable client goals

Coordinate care with other providers to enhance outcomes

Maintain proper records in line with regulations

Stay current on evolving mental health practices

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field

Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

At least two years of clinical experience

Skilled in remote therapy delivery
