Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in surface preparation, coating applications, grit blasting, and phosphate processes

Proven ability to develop and identify next-level processes

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)

Hands-on ability to implement changes in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
