We’re seeking a skilled Senior Administrator to provide critical support to our Risk, Assurance and Governance Team, Executive Leadership Team, and Board. This is your chance to play a key role in keeping high-level operations running seamlessly within a dynamic public service environment.

Proven experience managing complex schedules and workflows for senior teams

Tech-savvy proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).

Deliver seamless administrative and coordination support for ELT and Board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and document management.

Assist in maintaining governance best practices and compliance with risk management frameworks.

Produce high-quality reports and presentations that support informed decision-making.

Collaborate closely with executive assistants and the wider team to share best practices and manage workloads effectively.

Identify and escalate risks or issues proactively, contributing to continuous improvement.

Utu ā-tau Salary

Band 13 : Min $61 752 Midpoint $72 650 Max $87 180 based on relevant skills and professional experience. (offers generally made between $61 752 and $72 650)
