Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location-Type: Hybrid (4 days on-site in Owings Mills, MD)
Start Date Is: October 6 or two weeks from offer
Duration: 6-month contract (potential extension up to 2 years, no conversion)
Compensation Range: $28.00/hr – $33.00/hr
Job Description:
Support the client's investment reporting function through the preparation, QA, and delivery of internal and external reports and materials.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assemble reports and presentations for stakeholders and clients
QA automated reports prior to client delivery
Manually create reports using supplied or pulled data
Manage multiple reports daily, balancing complexity and deadlines
Respond to client and internal stakeholder email inquiries
Work overtime during end-of-quarter periods (5–20 hours/week)
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science or related)
0–2 years of experience in a relevant role
High attention to detail and excellent time management
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to handle high report volumes with accuracy and timeliness
Nice-to-Haves:
Exposure to client-facing communication in professional settings
Familiarity with marketing or educational report creation
Hybrid remote
