Strategic Planning
Corporate Alignment of Maintenance Strategy
Support the over-all development of an optimized Turnaround/Shutdown maintenance strategy that is aligned with Company directions and process its implementation by constantly collaborating with CMG and Facility SMEs, SCM, and other Stakeholders on major repair services/projects/ PMS activities and regularly participating in strategic planning workshop and performance reviews to support the achievement of Corporate goals/objectives and FOM priorities and targets.
Priority Alignment of Goals
Align priorities with and implement the overall direction in achieving BSCs/KRAs/KPIs for ORE Team set by ORE Head by attending weekly cadence and daily stand-up meetings of ORE Team, to ensure that individual efforts of are value adding and support the realization of priorities and targets of CMG and FOM as a whole.
Maintenance Planning
Approved Maintenance Schedules, Plans, and Programs
Develops the overall Turnaround/shutdown maintenance plans and programs for the assigned Facilities in collaboration with inputs from CMG and Facility SMEs and Heads, ensures that all procurement requirements are reflected on the plan, and seeks management support and approval for funding and implementation of strategies.
Organizes and develops PMS Schedules and Spare Parts/Maintenance Plans & Programs for the assigned Facilities by constantly collaborating with CMG and Facility SMEs and Heads CMG Head on major/critical equipment performance issues and action plans in order to provide stakeholders with up-to-date informations on major repairs and PMS/Shutdown activities upon which to base decisions
Provide input for all procurement requirements so that they can be reflected on the plan and provide support in seeking management approval for funding and implementation of strategies.
Lead or extend support in training of personnel for the use of Primavera and other scheduling software that might be decided by the Management in the future as part of EDC (and FGEN as required by Management) program to optimize works with the use of Scheduling Tool.
Maintenance Preparation for PMS and planned Shutdowns
Processes the on-time delivery of equipment/parts/materials/tools/ and award of services/rental contracts/purchase orders for PMS and shutdowns in accordance with the established outage planning/review checklist and Company procurement procedures and guidelines so that required resources for PMS execution are all available as planned.
Schedules and allocates resources to the over-all central planning programs by conducting maintenance needs analysis, scoping, and resources planning for services, material, labor, tools, and other logistical supports for PMS and shutdowns in accordance with the established outage planning/review checklist and Company HSE procedures and guidelines so that required resources for PMS execution are all available as planned.
Provide input to SCM Buyers for the scopes and other TOR informations needed for outsourced/procured resources, by closely collaborating with CMG and Facility SMEs and Heads, so that outsourced/procured resources are available in accordance with the established outage planning/review checklist and as planned.
Maintenance Preparation for Outages
Identify all resources during outages in close collaboration with CMG and Facility SMEs and Heads and process the timely delivery/availability of these resources by providing input to SCM Buyers for the outsourced/procured resources so that Return-To-Service (RTS) requirements are available as early as possible.

Budget Preparation/Reporting
Provide inputs on the maintenance activities, scopes, schedules, and resources for preparation of capital and operating expense budget of CMG activities for the assigned Facilities, to ensure the optimized use of financial resources.
Prepares capital and operating expense budget of CMG activities for the assigned Facilities, in collaboration with Cost and Budget Analysts and inputs from CMG and Facility SMEs and Heads, to ensure the optimized use of financial resources.
Participates in and/or represents ORE for the assigned Facilities in management meetings, budget and project review, project management reporting, to seek management approval, report performance against targets and escalate high-level issues that need immediate attention and resolution.

Contractor / Vendor Qualification Standards
Prepares contractor / vendor qualification framework by closely collaborating with CMG and Facility SMEs and Heads, and SCM Buyers to ensure complete and accurate contractual & legal requirements.
Establishes contract requirements by ensuring that the terms of references, scope of works, technical data sheets and material take-off are accurate, complete, and within company set standards to have smooth processing of maintenance requirements, consequently deliver timely the required maintenance goods and services.
EAM System Utilization
Performs and operates the EAM System by ensuring integrity of data, efficient and proper use of the system, and execution/closure of pending and aging WO in collaboration with EAM administrators and maintenance Field Services and implementers to ensure information are captured and can be utilized for reliability enhancement program and future upgrades of CMMS software.
Management Presentations and Approval
Participates in and/or represents ORE and Maintenance Planning for the assigned Facilities in CMG program and budget defense, management performance reviews, and other meetings for the purpose of seeking management approval, reporting performance against targets, and escalating high-level issues that need immediate attention and resolution.
Maintenance Execution
Monitoring and Progress Reporting
Releases timely and accurate progress reporting maintenance activities for PMS/Shutdown/outages involving CMG as the main driver, by monitoring works and collaborating with CMG and Facility maintenance implementing personnel, to provide stakeholders with updates and information on issues that need their direction.
Facilitate daily cadence meetings during PMS/Shutdown/Outage execution to ensure progress accomplishment for the agreed cut-off period are captured accurately and issues are addressed promptly or elevated to Higher Management for proper action.
Monitors budget and contractual issues for the assigned Facilities during PMS/Shutdown/outages involving CMG as the main driver to provide stakeholders with updates and information on issues that need their direction.

Maintenance Resource Deployment
Allocates maintenance resources (e.g. manpower, equipment, tools, materials, etc) by establishing resource loading and promptly updating the loading in collaboration with CMG and Facility Heads and SMEs to ensure cost-effective and efficient execution of maintenance works.
Processes discovered/additional maintenance support requirements through close collaboration with other ORE Members, CMG and Facility SMEs and Heads, and SCM Buyers to support the Field Services in completing the discovered/additional repairs/mitigations within the allotted duration of turnaround, shutdowns, outages, other maintenance/repair activities.
Maintenance Review
Ensure that significant findings and recommendations during the conduct of PMS/Shutdowns/and Outages are captured and execution performance are assessed against objectives and targets by facilitating/taking minutes during the conduct of post PMS/Shutdown/Outage meetings and discussions in order to determine the next course of action, scope of next Maintenance activities, or needed improvements.
Maintenance Support Services
Collaborates with SCM on inventory management, supply & logistics by providing technical inputs in establishing systems on material / equipment preservation, material / equipment functional testing & assurance, Purchase Request to Good Receipt tracking, and technical evaluation to ensure maximum utilization, availability, & within acceptable standards..
Collaborates with Reliability Group on RCA Findings implementation by planning, and integrating the recommended maintenance tasks and strategy into the maintenance system as output of the reliability improvement studies to ensure continuous improvement on maintenance tasks and strategy.
Process and System Improvement
Initiates revision / modification / simplification of maintenance standard operating procedures and processes based on identified gaps and recommends these revisions to the central planning head for finalization in collaboration with the MoC Committee, Document Control, and respective process owners to enhance maintenance practices for effective and efficient maintenance execution.
Reviews,documents, and converts the maintenance strategy into maintenance execution plan inputted to the EAM system,develop standard job plans, and work packages to come up with a rationalized maintenance processes and optimized management of the asset.
Plans and develops improvement initiatives by closely collaborating with the functional heads, and other functional groups to ensure that objective of the intiative is achieved and contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance activities.

Collaborates with SME, academe and third party vendors through attendance to conferences / forums / research on technical innovations to keep the company abreast of new technologies and solutions applicable to the geothermal facilities O&M.
Initiates and/or support Management of Change ( MOC) requests initiated within the group and MOC endorsements from other functional groups based on applicability of concept and technical data / information to ensure that new design / modification / alteration in the process, systems, procedures complies with the engineering standards and codes .
Participates and provides historical data and information on equipment, asset, and system performance in the conduct of reliability analysis workshop, risk-based analysis, and root-cause failure investigation to proactively address equipment failures
Risk Management
Schedules and provides resources to the implementation of mitigating plans / action items through close collaboration with CMG and Facility SME‘s on the priority equipment based on the review of critical assets, and continually review critical asset conditions for update to proactively address potential equipment failure.
Implements the risk treatment plan, and provides cost-effective solutions to reduce operational risks to acceptable low levels of consequence and probability of occurrence.
Resource Management
Provides input on the final endorsement of (OPEX/CAPEX) budget based on the group's projected requirements and work program in collaboration with CMG Heads and SMEs to ensure that the group has sufficient funds for efficient operations.
Prepares final endorsement of (OPEX/CAPEX) budget based on the group's projected requirements and work program in collaboration with CMG Heads and SMEs and budget analyst to ensure that the group has sufficient funds for efficient operations.
Develops a cost effective maintenance plan by aligning to the annual budget to optimize resources.
Recommends the level of inventory of mechanical-related capital spare items, specially those megawatt limiting to sustain the Operation and Maintenance of the Facility and to drive the reliability of the assets.
Employee Administration and Development
Comply with Company policies and guidelines on various work processes such as PR/PO, budget SAR/advance IO/forecasting, Travel Order, Cash Advances, Expense Claims, Liquidation, and other administrative processes in order to achieve smooth operation and proper delivery of services of ORE Team to its internal and external customers.
Collaborates with ORE Head for individual performance based on agreed performance standards to identify areas for improvement through job skills training or other venues of employee development.
Participates in training and seminars to upgrade skills to improve performance and productivity and to ensure skills and experience are sufficient for present and future business needs.
Observes/enforces the Company Code of Employee Discipline in accordance with the established corporate policies and guidelines and other administrative orders.
HSE Culture
Facilitates the close-out of maintenance safety incidents by participating in the incident investigation, to ensure a proper investigation approach is followed, and come up with lessons learned to be cascaded to the team to prevent incident recurrence.
Drives a culture of safety advocates at the business unit through observation and continuous enforcement of safety practices and policies in the section, encouraging all workers to report Safety observations and near-misses, and motivating all workers' involvement in Safety programs.
Stops any substandard activities by performing HSE observations from time to time to inject to all individuals that HSE is of paramount importance as with generation. .
