Follow the team plan

Support clients through property showings and tours

Assist senior agents with listing presentations and buyer consultations

Learn and apply lead generation techniques to build your pipeline

Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and create opportunities

Coordinate with clients, lenders, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions

Gain knowledge of contracts, disclosures, and compliance requirements

Participate in training sessions and coaching programs to sharpen your skills
