SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant

Job Summary:

Infosys Chile is seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant with strong functional expertise in Warehouse Management (WM) and Inventory Management (IM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP ECC and a solid understanding of manufacturing and logistics business processes. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize production planning processes using SAP PP.

Configure and implement SAP PP modules, integrating with WM and IM.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Support full project lifecycles: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.

Provide expertise in inventory control, MRP, and shop floor control.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (logistics, procurement, finance).

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP PP, WM, and IM modules.

Document functional specifications and support technical development teams.

Required Qualifications:

12 + years of experience as an SAP PP Consultant.

Strong knowledge of SAP ECC PP, WM, and IM modules.

Proven experience in production planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

Fluent in English with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA (especially PP and EWM).

Knowledge of Advanced Planning (APO) or IBP.

Familiarity with MES system integration.

SAP certifications in PP, WM, or S/4HANA.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
