We are a Family Owned and Operated HVAC company that has been serving the Southern Maryland area since 1948. We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team! This is a permanent Full-time position.

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Respond to emergency maintenance requests

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields

Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

3-5 years of HVAC experience. Prefer 3 + years leading an HVAC Install crew.

Must have a positive attitude and be eager to learn.

Must have clean professional attire.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Dependable, trustworthy, and 100% dedicated to meeting customer expectations.

Comply with all company policies and procedures

Benefits:

Compensation:

$52,000-$62,000 a year (paid as an hourly rate employee, on a weekly basis). Starting pay is based on experience and active certifications. Pay increases are based on performance reviews.
