Our client is at the forefront of technological adoption, leveraging a diverse ecosystem of enterprise applications to power every facet of their operation—from supply chain and global operations to sales and corporate functions. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of their IT landscape, ensuring that technology not only supports but actively drives business strategy, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
This role offers a unique platform to steer enterprise-wide digital transformation, champion innovation, and deliver tangible value that resonates from the core of operations to the boardroom.
As the Senior Manager of the PMO, you will be the central force for governance, execution, and strategic alignment within the IT organization. Your primary mandate is to establish and mature a world-class program management framework that ensures the seamless delivery of a multi-million dollar project portfolio. You will provide the structure, visibility, and leadership necessary to translate strategic business objectives into flawlessly executed technology solutions.

Performance Insight & Executive Reporting: You will be tasked with designing and implementing sophisticated reporting mechanisms, including executive dashboards and scorecards, to provide crystal-clear visibility into project status, financial health, risks, and value realization. This includes delivering concise, insightful, and regular updates to IT leadership and C-suite executives.
Organizational Change & Risk Leadership: A critical function will be to proactively identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for risks across the IT project portfolio. You will also champion robust change management practices to drive stakeholder engagement, ensure the successful adoption of new technologies, and minimize business disruption.
Team & Vendor Leadership: You will lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of project managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Concurrently, you will strategically manage relationships with key technology vendors, consultants, and system integrators to maximize value, ensure performance, and drive successful partnerships.
