JOB DESCRIPTION

The Safety Representative is responsible for implementing and continuously improving the plant’s safety and environmental management systems. This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, promotes a culture of safety and environmental stewardship, and leads initiatives to reduce workplace injuries and environmental impact. Will oversee 15 employees onsite throughout the duration of a large scale project. Project ranges from 3-6 months, but can also be brought on to additional different projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

OSHA 30

2+ years of experience in safety or environmental compliance.

Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
