The Impact You’ll Have
As a Reward and HR Planning Manager, reporting directly to the Fedrigoni Special Papers HR Director, you will play a critical role in:
Supporting the design and implementation of reward policies such as job roles, pay programs, incentives, and benefits. You’ll also ensure fair and transparent compensation practices in line with the EU Directive, including clear pay reporting and analysis of the gender pay gap.
Conducting labor demand analysis and workforce forecasting to develop strategic staffing plans, while collaborating with the Finance team to support budgeting and forecasting processes throughout the year.
Working along HRBPs in Fedrigoni Special Papers to collect needs, analyse feasibility and provide data to guide and support decisions.
Generating and interpreting workforce data and insights to support HR and business decisions (e.g. turnover, diversity, etc.), including the development of dashboards to monitor key HR metrics (People Analytics).
Analysing workforce data, forecasting future staffing needs, and developing rewarding strategies to optimize employee performance and productivity. By aligning workforce capabilities with business goals, you will influence the company's ability to meet its objectives and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Developing and managing the workforce and labour cost budget, including forecasting personnel expenses and monitoring costs. This includes budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost recharges, and detailed monitoring of both direct and fixed labour costs, as well as HR non-FTEs costs.
Designing and implementing total rewards programs, including salary reviews, mandatory increases, incentives, and job architecture. You will also manage the MBO program and support the design and management of profit-sharing plans (PdR) in Italy and other countries.
Provide HR planning and labour cost expertise to support business unit initiatives and strategic projects, such as Lean Manufacturing and other operational improvements.
The Attitudes and Skills We’re Looking For
Proven experience in workforce planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as Workday or similar platforms.
