Our West Houston client is actively seeking an experienced Buyer with Turbine expertise to support procurement activities.

Must have experience sourcing materials and components, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery to support production goals.

Ideal candidates will have experience in turbine systems.

Essential FunctionsSource and purchase mechanical, electrical, and turbine-related components to support manufacturing and operationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, price, and delivery targetsMonitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize cost and lead timesCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to align purchasing decisions with product requirementsReview purchase requisitions and issue POs in accordance with company policiesTrack shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate records in procurement systemsSupport negotiations for contracts and long-term supply agreementsEnsure compliance with quality standards and corporate procurement policiesIdentify cost-saving opportunities and support inventory control initiatives About Us Our client is a leader in microturbine solutions that drive energy efficiency and sustainability.
