Call for Bids Tender - Provision of Transport Services

Provision of Transport Services Issue Date: 11th 09 2025 / Closing Date: 25th 09 2025 Justice Defenders invites sealed bids from qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of transport services to support our operations in Uganda.

Scope of Services: The transport service provider will be expected to: Provide reliable and well-maintained vehicles (including but not limited to sedans, vans, as specified). The vehicle should enable GPS for easy movement.

Ensure availability of licensed, defensive and professional drivers.

Ensure that drivers assigned are certified defensive Drivers.

Facilitate timely pick-up and drop-off of personnel, goods, and materials.

Maintain strict compliance with safety, traffic, and COVID-19 protocols (if applicable). Offer services on a daily, weekly, or on call basis as per schedule or demand.

Interested bidders must: Submit the Company profile detailing the owner of the business.

Be legally registered to operate in Uganda.

(Submit documents that shows your legal capacity) Short-term employment services Provide evidence of similar transport contracts executed in the past 3 years.

Demonstrate financial capacity to undertake the services.

Possess appropriate vehicle insurance and registration documentations.

Submit a valid business license and tax clearance certificate.

Submission Details: All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked.
