What you’ll contribute to
As our Senior Planning Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Toyota’s Commercial vehicle lineup in Australia. Working at the intersection of data, strategy, and collaboration, you'll drive vehicle sales forecasts, optimise demand planning, and align key stakeholders – from marketing to senior leadership – to ensure our Commercial models meet their sales and profitability targets.
You’ll be part of a high-performing team trusted to deliver accurate sales planning and inventory coordination, working closely with both our local teams and TMC in Japan. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love translating complex data into actionable insights, this is your chance to make a real impact.
How you’ll make an impact
Lead monthly market forecasting and demand planning for Commercial vehicles
Analyse market trends and segment performance to inform sales targets and planning decisions
Coordinate national ordering processes and facilitate stakeholder forums with multiple key stakeholders to align on strategy and approvals
Provide insights into product life cycle planning, model updates and conversion planning
Update and maintain key planning and reporting systems, ensuring accurate, timely information is available to all stakeholders
Track sales performance and recommend countermeasures to keep plans on target

Degree in Finance, Business, Commerce or equivalent
5+ years’ accumulative experience in analysing complex data, Supply & Demand planning, forecasting and reporting
A proven track record in consulting with stakeholders and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidence in presenting insights to senior leadership
Successful track record in Time Management and dealing with hard deadlines
Understanding of the Australian automotive market and dealer network is desirable
