Responsibilities of a Nursery TA:

Support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS framework

Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging activities and resources

Provide care and guidance to support children’s emotional, social, and educational needs

Promote a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment

Work with small groups or 1:1 to encourage progress and confidence

Requirements of a Nursery TA:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification

Recent experience working with children in EYFS/Nursery settings

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A caring, patient, and proactive approach

Right to work in the UK and Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
