What You’ll Do

Collaborate directly with DALAVE’s customers to design and implement robust cloud security solutions that address their needs and close any identified security and compliance gaps.

Partner closely with various teams – cloud operations, DevOps, incident response, platform, product, and application – to protect and manage Google Cloud environments.

Identify and resolve any instances of non-compliance with established security baselines and standards.

Address misconfigurations and vulnerabilities in cloud resources.

Analyze logs and ensure effective monitoring and alerting mechanisms are in place to detect and respond to potential security incidents.

Adhere to industry best practices for cloud architecture and security.

Develop secure infrastructure-as-code to deploy, manage, and remediate cloud resources.

Collaborate with developers to prevent the provisioning or configuration of insecure resources.

Implement and provide training on security best practices.

Required Education

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, and Engineering.

Required Qualifications and Experience

0 years of experience in an IT role.

Understanding of GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Bonus Points

Experience with Google Cloud.

Cybersecurity certification or similar.

Proficient with Python scripting for automation.

Understanding of common cloud infrastructure.
