You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license, along with access to reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance. Proficiency in operating basic equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and power tools, is crucial. Experience in ground maintenance and property upkeep, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical repairs, will enable you to keep our facilities in top shape.

Strong critical thinking skills are necessary for efficiently addressing emergency repairs, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests.
