MFL Teacher – Dover

Contract: Full time, starting October 2025
Salary: £168.80 - £232.57 per day
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons in French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4
Create a classroom culture that celebrates linguistic diversity and encourages student participation
Develop engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and inspire curiosity
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and language clubs
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards at all times
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Degree in Modern Foreign Languages, French, Spanish, or a related field
Proven experience teaching French and/or Spanish in a UK secondary school setting
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for inclusive education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Up-to-date knowledge of the UK curriculum and assessment frameworks
A sense of humour and a genuine love for languages—because learning should be fun!
