Video Conference Admin Network Voice

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Video conferment support knowledge and experience Strong knowledge on Network voice technology Cisco Polycom administration / Engineering Customer handling skill Problem solving

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform daily health check on all VC endpoints and core infra, to ensure the call quality is maintained and fix any issues notified

• Perform device reboot via admin tool whenever required

• Troubleshoot the identified issue and maintain the service availability

• Provide hardware support with respect to version upgrade, patch installation & hotfix deployments

• Co-ordinate with vendor whenever required

• Work with Co-ordination with cross support teams

• Perform MS Teams administration with respect to conference service

• Perform technical troubleshooting related to video conferencing tickets.

• Willing to travel to different sites close by (within range of 20 miles) Generic Managerial Skills, If any Verbal and written communication Handling VIP users Excellent interpersonal skill

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 a Year
