PennySaver USA Publishing, LLC helps thousands of businesses with their marketing and advertising through its local media print publications, websites, and digital services products. Were hiring a Director of Territory Sales to manager sales activities of assigned regions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Manages performance of assigned regions toward the achievement of revenue and account growth objectivesDevelops and implements strategic sales plans, and growth targetsResponsible for sales forecasting activities for assigned regionsIdentifies and maximizes new business development opportunitiesReviews market analyses to determine customer needs; develops pricing and marketing recommendationsEstablishes performance targets for Managers and Account ExecutivesOversees staffing, training, and performance evaluationsApproves hiring of Account ExecutivesAnalyzes sales statistics and recommends sales strategy, by region, by territoryDelivers sales presentations to key clients along with Account ExecutivesAssists Account Executives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.Coordinates liaison activities between sales and other sales related units such as marketing and sales administrationPrepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, target markets, and areas of opportunityMonitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.Develops and monitors sales contests and promotionsRepresents company at trade association meetings to promote product.May analyzes and control to budgetary requirements.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesManages Sales Managers (6-8) who themselves supervise a total of 60-80 employees. Also may directly supervise sales support staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Computer SkillsTechnological proficiency required. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Internet software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
