Job Summary

Temporary, part-time instructor for Summer/ Fall Semester 2025.

Class days and times to be determined.

Essential Functions

Teaches assigned courses in accordance with course competencies and syllabi. Develops and/or utilizes a variety of instructional strategies, techniques and delivery methods designed to meet the individual learning styles of students. Fosters a safe and civil learning environment. Informs students about course requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance policies. Monitors, evaluates, and documents student attendance, progress and competency attainment.

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related.

3 years non-teaching related work experience.

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals coming from varied backgrounds.
