About the Role

Aramark is seeking a passionate and experienced Catering Manager to lead our catering operations at a site in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a well-established site, delivering high-quality food and service in a professional environment.

As Catering Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the catering service, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring exceptional standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the catering team to deliver excellent service

Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service delivery

Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations

Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships

Monitor budgets and control costs effectively

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in menu offerings

Build strong relationships with clients and customers

Train, develop, and support team members to reach their potential

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a catering management or supervisory role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations

Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions

Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high standards

Flexible and adaptable to meet operational needs
