As an Order to Cash Accounting Student, you will support the accounts receivable and settlement processes across multiple divisions, contributing to journal entries, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
The Order to Cash (OTC) team manages the full accounts receivable accounting cycle for all company divisions in Canada, the U.S. and Ireland. This includes preparing manual journal entries, reconciling accounts, and compiling quarterly financial statement notes. The team also oversees settlement activities with retail dealer locations, ensuring accurate payments for transactions are processed correctly. The team sits within our Home Office under the General Accounting group.
Responsibilities:
Prepare routine monthly journal entries related to accounts receivable
Assist in performing monthly reconciliations tied to journal entries
Assist with ad hoc journal entries and accounting requests as needed
Compile and organize documentation to support audit inquiries and financial reviews

Your Experience:
Currently enrolled in a Business Administration program completing 2nd or 3rd year of study with a strong interest in accounting
Must have completed at least 1 year of post-secondary education and be returning to school
