As a Student Programming Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end student recruitment and experience process, including data management, hiring coordination, event planning, and campus engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with team members to ensure a smooth and impactful experience for student hires from onboarding through to term completion.
The Student Programming Team is focused on building and supporting early talent pipelines and sits within our Home Office as part of the Early Talent Team in the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities:
Lead data management and maintain master tracking of student details across the program
Support the student hire process including screening, interviews, offer letters, background checks, and medical appointment coordination
Audit all student job postings to ensure accuracy and consistency
Assist with planning and executing internal and external events
Contribute to campus events by creating checklists, supporting logistics, and attending events to assist with setup and engagement
Support student experience initiatives including surveys, event coordination, cage reorganization, and ad hoc requests
Your Skills:
Strong organizational and data management skills with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and customer service orientation
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tracking or scheduling tools
Your Experience:
Currently enrolled in a Business Administration program completing 2nd or 3rd year of study with an interest in Human Resources
Must have completed at least 1 year of post-secondary education and be returning to school
