As a Process and Compliance Specialist student you will be part of the Governance and Compliance team. This team directly supports the Supply Management department by overseeing and maintaining all process and procedure documentation. The team also maintains all templates used by the department such as contracts, forms and supplier communication letters.
Governance and Compliance is responsible for reporting and dashboard creation using Power BI, managing SharePoint tools used by Supply Management, and leading various governance initiatives such as departmental audits and TDG certifications. The Governance and Compliance team sits within our Home Office and works closely with other functions to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the department.
Responsibilities:
Support contractor safety compliance by managing ISNet data and generating reports
Assist in preparing for and participating in quarterly gap assessments
Ensure the contract database is accurate and up to date, supporting compliance and best practice
Draft supplier communications and other legal documents as needed
Your Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as other Microsoft Suite applications
Strong attention to detail
Analytical and critical thinking and problem solving
Your Experience:
Currently enrolled in a Business Administration program completing 2nd or 3rd year of study with an interest in Supply Management
Must have completed at least 1 year of post-secondary education and be returning to school
