The Project: The opportunity to join a best-in-class PMO delivering an incredibly important G2G water irrigation & infrastructure project in Peru with international significance, including roads and access, diversion dams and transfer tunnels, two new hydroelectric power plants.

Directing potentially managing other category leads. Engages with executive and client level internal/external stakeholders/leaders. Develops own and team strategies, implementing, managing, monitoring them end to end to deliver goals. Managing the team on certain workstreams and initiatives delivering on time and to expectation via others to deliver on targets.

You'll Be Responsible For:

Category management and leadership.

Development and maintaining relationship management expert.

Managing and providing leadership to team/s, ensuring the principals, structures, tools/capabilities and responsibilities are in place to diver plans and deliver excellence.

Due diligence and company/market understanding.

Value creating re process, performance and commercial activity.

Planning development and implementation incl. embedding, monitoring, delivering via others.

Delivering on objectives in challenging situations on time.

Providing performance management, talent development and coaching.

Developing and maintains a series of both internal and external relationships.

Managing and influences key/senior stakeholders.

Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll Need To Have:

Microsoft Office tools.

Negotiation skills.

Commercial acumen.

Influence and relationship skills

Construction and market knowledge.

CIPS qualified (or equivalent).

Leads others.

Role model.

Delivers via others.

End to end strategy roll out.

GCSE (or equivalent). A level (or equivalent). Degree (or equivalent).

You'll Also Have:

Industry qualifications.

Project experience.

Influence at executive level.

Main contractor experience in London (or equivalent local town/city).

CIPS qualified (or equivalent).

Potential to lead teams and leaders in future.

CIPS qualified.
