ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute long-term supply chain strategies that support business growth and operational efficiencyOversee transportation, warehousing, inventory, and sourcing of raw materials and packaging to ensure optimal flow and cost controlPartner with manufacturing, sales, operations, QA, and finance teams to align production with demand and drive cohesive executionMonitor logistics KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure adherence to regulatory and food safety standards (FDA, USDA, HACCP)Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a closely related disciplineAt least seven years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain management, including a minimum of three years in a supervisory or leadership capacityFood or similar industry experience a mustFamiliarity with food safety regulations, sustainability practices, and ERP systemsExtensive expertise in supply chain operations, vendor collaboration, manufacturing workflows, quality control, and food safety protocols across multi-unit food production facilities Salary: $130K – $145K + Bonus Ask for: Aarti Manchanda Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
