Recruiter

Recruiter Contract; $35.00-$45.00 per hour Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Columbus, Ohio (onsite) What you’ll be doing:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the offer process.Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing methods.Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Maintain accurate and timely records within the applicant tracking system.Collaborate with HR and leadership to align recruiting efforts with organizational goals.

Who we’re looking for:Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience; prior experience with engineering and project management positions preferred.Knowledge of U.S.

recruiting practices; Canadian recruiting experience is a plus.Strong sourcing and networking abilities with proficiency in recruiting platforms and tools.Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel occasionally to the Ohio office as required.
