Special Education Teacher – FRP (Full Resource Program)

Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a committed and experienced Special Education Teacher to support students in a Full Resource Program (FRP) setting. The ideal candidate will provide individualized and small-group instruction, ensure compliance with IEPs, and collaborate with school staff and families to meet the academic and behavioral needs of students.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or related field

Valid Arizona Secondary Teaching Certificate or appropriate certification

Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

SEI EndorsementKey Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver differentiated instruction aligned to student IEP goals

Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment

Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers

Implement appropriate strategies for behavior management and student engagement

Maintain accurate student records, including IEP documentation and progress reports

Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and needs

Use assessment data to inform instruction and support student growth

Participate in eligibility and IEP team meetings

Ensure student safety and appropriate supervision on school grounds and during school activities

Engage in ongoing professional development

Perform other duties as assigned
