About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our growing team at AnvTech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms.
Write compelling proposals and cover letters tailored to client requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and project scope.
Collaborate with the technical team to prepare project estimates and proposals.
Maintain client relationships and ensure follow-ups for conversions.
Achieve monthly targets for bidding and client acquisition.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to draft professional and customized proposals.
Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Flutter, UI/UX, etc.).
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
