Duties:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support growth of testing centres nationwide

Provide strategic and commercial input to executive decisions

Oversee capital structure, funding strategies, and investor relations as needed

Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, B-BBEE, NRTA, SANS codes, and related regulations

Develop and maintain internal controls, risk frameworks, and governance practices

Support technology adoption, including digital payment and testing solutions

Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering accountability and high performance

Build strong relationships with regulators, government agencies, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)

BCom Accounting

BCom Honours / CTA

CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification

Experience:

Completed SAICA Articles

10 / 12 Years Experience in a finance role

At least 5 years of experience in senior finance leadership

Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax legislation, B-BBEE, CIPC requirements

Familiarity with transport, automotive, or compliance testing industries preferred

Deep understanding of vehicle testing and transport regulatory frameworks

Skills & Competencies:

Strategic thinker with sharp commercial acumen

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Proven ability to operate in a highly regulated sector

Tech-savvy with ERP and financial reporting systems

High integrity, transparency, and commitment to ethical leadership

Passion for road safety, compliance, and innovation
