We’re currently seeking both Engineers-in-Training (0–3 years) and Licensed Civil Engineers (4+ years, P.E.) to join the growing team. Whether you’re starting your career or ready to step into project leadership, they provide a professional home where growth, balance, and purpose all come together.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your level of experience, you will:
Contribute to or lead the design and delivery of projects such as:
Municipal water, wastewater, roadway, and drainage systems
Commercial and limited residential land development
Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Participate in or manage client coordination, permitting, and regulatory compliance
Attend site visits and assist with or oversee construction management
Learn from and/or mentor team members to strengthen both your career and theirs
Support or lead project scopes, schedules, and budgets
Who We’re Looking For
Engineer-in-Training (0–3 years)
S. in Civil Engineering (required)
I.T. certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)
Strong initiative, communication, and desire to grow toward P.E. licensure
Licensed Civil Engineer (4+ years)
S. in Civil Engineering (required)
Licensed E. in Texas(or on the path to obtain)
4+ years of civil engineering experience with design or project management exposure
Strong knowledge of Texas design codes and permitting standards
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Interest in a long-term role with a path toward future leadership and ownership
