Summary:

We’re looking for a Fitment Operator (Metal Forming Operator) to join our team on first shift (Monday through Thursday, 5:00AM to 3:30PM)! In this role, you’ll use press brakes to bend, form, and shape metal parts that become critical components in our assemblies. You’ll play an important part in producing high-quality parts while keeping safety and accuracy top of mind.

What You’ll Do:

Modify and fit metal components using mechanical force and press brake equipment

Follow process documentation, drawings, and templates to ensure parts meet specifications

Inspect parts and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards

Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized while following all PPE and OSHA guidelines

Use a computer to clock in/out of jobs and record production data

Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to help eliminate wasteRequirements:

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to understand and follow directions accurately

Strong math skills for part counts and equipment adjustments

Physical strength and stamina to perform daily tasks

A team player who collaborates well with others

Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee) Preferred Skills:

Previous manufacturing experience

Basic computer skills
