The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, good attendance, excellent teamwork, AND willingness and ability to learn and grow.

**Job Title:** Operator Assistant / Production Helper **Location:** Neenah, WI **Pay Range:** $23.00 **What's the Job?** + Assist in the production process to ensure efficient workflow.

+ Perform quality inspections to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

+ Support team members in various tasks as needed.

+ Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

+ Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

**What's Needed?** + No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.

+ Ability to work 2nd shift - M - F; 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm + Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
