Family Practice - With OB Physician

We are seeking quotes from qualified subcontractors for the Provision of Family Practice / General Medicine Physician (Urgent Care) Services .

Scope Highlights:

Outpatient urgent and primary care

Flexible contract terms: short-term (13 weeks) to long-term (1 year), with renewals

Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (occasional overtime/weekends)

Potential coverage at other Navajo Area

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of relevant experience

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Active medical and DEA licenses

BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred

Clean malpractice history

Up-to-date immunizations and screenings
