Job Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide all guests with a positive interactive experience that exceeds their expectations in friendliness, cleanliness, customer service, and information that sets the stage for their total experience. Provide a friendly and safe visit.
Ages 16 & up
Hours depend on the show schedule, but most shifts will include afternoons and evenings as we are a dinner show.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Perform as a greeter and initial contact for guests by assisting them in a professional manner with admission, reservations, tickets changes, and other attendance-related needs and requests.
Consistently reflect a courteous, upbeat, and positive attitude towards guests, exemplifying, promoting, and advancing a culture of outstanding customer engagement and service.
Maintain and display a working knowledge of the theaters and attractions.
Resolve mistakes, errors, and issues related to bookings and or reservations.
Distribute tickets accordingly to guests as they arrive at show time.
Capable of accurately entering data into the ticketing system and always displaying an excellent telephone presentation.
Guest service agents handle a variety of duties by cross-training. Including ticket booth, greeting, and phone reservations.
