Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and collaborative Head of Applications to oversee our operational technology (OT) systems and ensure effective vendor delivery. Based in Paris, you will work closely with field and engineering teams to ensure that applications are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. You will play a key role in managing application performance, reliability, and lifecycle across critical operational areas.

Who You Are:

You are a pragmatic and technically adept leader with strong experience managing OT systems and enterprise applications. You have a proven ability to work across departments, ensuring technology supports day-to-day operations in demanding environments. You are vendor-savvy, solution-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative, field-facing role.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee the performance, maintenance, and evolution of OT applications across the organization

Manage external vendors to ensure on-time, quality delivery of application services and support

Work closely with field and engineering teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into application solutions

Ensure high availability, integration, and security of all application systems

Drive continuous improvement and innovation across application landscapes

Support change management, training, and adoption of new tools in operational teams

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience managing OT/industrial applications and vendor relationships

Solid understanding of field operations, engineering processes, and systems integration

Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Fluency in English (French is a plus)

Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, France
